This is a full-time on-site role for a Window Cleaner based in Brooklyn Park, MN. Responsibilities include cleaning residential and commercial windows, washing skylights, gutters, and mirrors, and ensuring top-notch service quality. The Window Cleaner will also maintain high safety standards, use appropriate equipment, and engage courteously with clients to ensure satisfaction. The role requires traveling between locations as needed and working both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in cleaning duties, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and general maintenance
• Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any concerns professionally
• Ability to adhere to safety procedures and use cleaning equipment effectively
• Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle physically demanding tasks
• Organizational skills and time management to meet job schedules and deadlines
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus, but not mandatory
