What This Role Actually Looks Like
- Start time: 7:00 AM at our office (Monday–Friday)
- Typical finish: 3:00–4:00 PM
- Work independently after training
- Clean residential and commercial windows (1–3 stories)
- Work outdoors year-round (0–100° depending on season)
- Use water-fed poles and ladders when needed (no high-rise work)
- Drive between job sites and manage your daily route efficiently
This is a skill-based, performance role. Mastery takes time — the best technicians commit to learning and improving every week.
Pay & Growth (Commission-Based)
- $650–$1,200 per week
- Most strong hires reach top earning range in 3–5 months
- Tips are common
- Consistent weekday work = stable income

- Trainer
- Assistant Manager

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle & insurance
- Able to start early mornings consistently
- Willing to commit for at least 1 year
Job-hoppers and unreliable attendance will not succeed in this role.
