Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items on the line
- Work efficiently during busy meal periods
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation and stocking
- Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- A strong work ethic, honesty, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential
