Job Description: Fast pace bar in local marina with full menu service at bar. Interact with regulars and provide a good experience for all guests. Communicate with a diverse group of people while maintaining a clean and organized bar.  A good bartender is friendly, organized, has a good memory and is good at time managing. Must be able to work quickly and methodically  in a fast- paced environment.
