Position: Part-Time Shift Lead
Location: Point Loma Fish Shop
Hours: 15-20 hours per week

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Shift Lead to help oversee daily
operations and support our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working
in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great customer service while
serving fresh seafood dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and/or close the store as needed
- Supervise team members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met
- Handle cash, register operations, and basic reporting
- Train and support new team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Ensure food dishes are up to our quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Flexible availability (including weekends/evenings/holidays)
- Supportive team environment
