How Will You Make a Difference?
- Provide administrative support to legal staff and paralegals.
- Prepare standard correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
- Review, edit, and process vendor invoices and monthly client bills.
- Maintain records and filing systems.
- Schedule appointments / maintain calendar for legal staff
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 years’ administrative support experience, preferably in a law firm
- Skills and knowledge of administrative support as normally acquired through technical training or equivalent experience
- This position is hybrid with an in-office requirement of 2 days per week.

- The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. In Silicon Valley, CA, the estimated starting pay is $32.57- $47.19 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,269 – $85,878 annually.

Salary : $59,269 - $85,878
