Duties
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and clearing tables to ensure smooth dining experiences
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Buss tables efficiently by removing used dishes and resetting tables for new guests
- Support catering events by setting up food stations, serving guests, and managing food handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Help with food handling tasks in accordance with safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in catering or hotel settings is a plus but not required
