Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality signage, banners, and large-format prints using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop layout designs that effectively communicate client messages while adhering to branding guidelines.
• Prepare design files for print with attention to color accuracy, resolution, and file specifications.
• Operate large-format printing equipment efficiently to produce finished products that meet quality standards.
• Perform video editing and incorporate multimedia elements when required for certain projects.
• Apply principles of typography design for various media to enhance visual impact.
• Utilize technical proficiency in color theory, print production processes, and design file preparation to ensure optimal output.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
• Make adjustments and refinements based on client feedback or project requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient production workflows.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong layout design skills with an understanding of typography and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in print design and large-format printing processes.
• Ability to prepare files accurately for print production, including color management and resolution settings.
• Technical proficiency with large-format printers and related equipment.
• Knowledge of color theory and its application in print media.
• Experience with video editing is a plus but not mandatory.
• A professional art or design background with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where productivity directly impacts earning potential.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques.
