We are now looking to expand our Sales team with a proven, high-performing Sales Consultant — someone who is already operating at a high level within a premium or prestige environment and is ready to bring that expertise into a brand that values both performance and professionalism.
About The Role
Representing Lexus means more than selling cars — it’s about delivering a refined, personalised experience from first interaction through to handover and beyond.
This is a role for an experienced Sales Executive who understands the nuances of premium retail. You’ll be confident engaging discerning customers, building lasting relationships, and guiding them through a considered purchase journey with credibility and care.
We’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of their pipeline, and perform from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage the full customer journey with a consultative, tailored approach — taking the time to understand each customer’s needs and presenting solutions that genuinely fit. From initial enquiry to vehicle handover, every interaction should reflect the standards expected of a premium brand.
You’ll actively manage and convert leads across multiple channels, maximise opportunities through finance and value-added products, and consistently deliver against stretching targets. Alongside this, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
About You
You’re an experienced automotive Sales Executive, ideally from a premium or prestige background, with a proven track record of strong, consistent performance.
You combine commercial drive with professionalism and attention to detail. You know how to build trust quickly, communicate with confidence, and deliver a polished, high-quality customer experience.
You’re results-focused and competitive, but never at the expense of the customer journey. You take pride in your performance, hold yourself to high standards, and bring a level of credibility that customers respect.
Above all, you’re someone who delivers — consistently.
