As a Sr Systems Administrator, you will be deeply involved in all aspects of operating our product platforms, as well as assisting our internal solutions teams working directly with external customers to ensure their success with Fiserv.

About Your Role
As a Sr Systems Administrator, you will be deeply involved in all aspects of operating our product platforms, as well as assisting our internal solutions teams working directly with external customers to ensure their success with Fiserv.
What You’ll Do
- Provision and operate our infrastructure to provide stability and uptime for our customers.
- Ensure that we remain patched and secure at all times.
- Troubleshoot issues and fix them as they arise.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure that we had adequate instrumentation, monitoring, and operational knowledge.
- Exhibit strong communication skills
- Deep experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and VMware
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reasonable networking understanding, including CIDR
- This role is on-site. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
