About Your Role
At Fiserv, we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
- Create AI Agents leveraging Azure’s Semantic Kernel framework.
- 5 years of experience in software development
- 3 year(s) of experience in .Net, C#, or similar programming languages
- 3 years of experience building .Net core applications and Azure\MS SQL scripting, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- 3 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
- 2 year(s) of experience in SQL databases, Azure, or GCP services and Splunk tools
- 2 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices – Gitlab, Nexus, Harness
- 2 year(s) of experience with Agile methodologies
- 1 year(s) of experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, especially NLP, classification, and multi-model architecture.
- Integrating IVR applications into large-scale environments, with cloud API integrations.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and use tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Certification in AI, Azure cloud technologies, or Genesys.
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
