What you will do:
- Represent Clover onsite in an ADP office as the dedicated consultant.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ADP sellers to generate Clover referrals.
- Influence ADP reps to cross-sell Clover alongside payroll services.
- Source, sign, and activate Clover merchants from ADP-provided leads.
- Manage pipeline through the full cycle: lead → signed contract → activation.
- Achieve 25 activations per month as a baseline, with higher performance rewarded.
- Exemplify Fiserv’s core values by upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering genuine connections with partners and clients.
What you will need to have:
- High School Diploma.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as the only Clover rep onsite.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years in a quota-driven sales role.
- Prior experience in partner or channel sales.
- Strong record of exceeding performance targets.
