Data Entry Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Title

What does a Data Entry Operator do?

You will be responsible for capturing information from mail pieces that have been returned as undeliverable. The on-screen prompts guide you through the process according to client specifications.

What you'll do:

• Accurately input cardholder data into the RAPID or return mail databases.

• Operate a label printer, barcode scanner, and card reader.

• File mail according to final disposition of mail piece.

• Perform quality checks.

• Verify accurate material is used.

• Troubleshooting to resolve machine and job-related problems.

• Participating in team cross-training.

• Maintaining clean work area.

What you'll need to have:

• Type 25-30 words per minute.

• Read and comprehend basic work- related written and verbal instructions, in English.

• Good organization skills.

• Ability to lift between 15 and 20 pounds.

• Ability to push / pull mail carts and shred bins.

How you'll work:

• You will work an assigned 2nd shift schedule Monday-Friday from 3:30pm to 11:30pm

• This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.

• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
