As a successful Compliance Analyst (Financial Crimes Compliance – Investigations), you will support the reviews and investigations related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), anti‑money laundering (AML), fraud, and other financial crime risks. This early‑career role is part of Fiserv’s Analyst Program and offers hands‑on experience, training, and mentorship while supporting the protection of Fiserv, its clients, and the financial system.

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

What You Will Do
- Support investigations of potentially suspicious activity using internal systems, research tools, and established procedures.
- Review transactional activity to identify potential financial crime risks and red flags.
- Assist with client onboarding and periodic reviews for higher‑risk clients.
- Document investigative steps and findings accurately to support case quality and audit readiness.
- Manage assigned case work and meet service level and quality expectations.
- Analyze basic data and reports to support investigative decisions and process improvements.
- Learn and apply Financial Crimes Compliance policies, procedures, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in December 2024 or after in Finance, Accounting, Business, Criminal Justice, Economics, Data Analytics.
- 3.0 GPA.
- Previous internship experience in financial services, compliance, risk, or fraud.
- Coursework or exposure to AML, BSA, or financial regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
