What you will do?
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for digital products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and apply insights to improve the overall user experience.
- Mentor junior UX designers and team members while driving innovation and consistency across platforms.
What you must have?
- 8 years of experience in user experience design.
- 4 years of experience using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- 4 years of experience with HTML and CSS.
- 4 years of experience working in Agile methodologies.
What would be nice to have?
- 1 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 1 years of experience designing for web applications.
- 1 years of experience designing for mobile applications.
