Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and service recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid HVAC certification or relevant experience (4 years)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving record
- Require 3 years at least of residential HVAC service technician experience
