About the Position

We're looking for friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our team! You'll help customers discover our specialty food products, maintain an inviting shopping environment, and make every customer feel welcome.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide helpful product information and recommendations.

• Process customer purchases accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Prepare, maintain, and clean up product samples in an appetizing and food-safe manner.

• Stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and maintain attractive, organized displays.

• Conduct product demonstrations as assigned.

• Complete assigned opening and closing procedures, including responsibilities when management is unavailable.

• Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers.

• Work with the Retail Sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during busy periods.

• Stay informed about new products and services and share customer feedback with the Store Manager.

$400 Hiring Bonus for Eligible New Team Members!

• $200 after completing 30 days of employment.

• $200 after completing 90 days of employment.

Hiring bonuses are subject to prior approval and eligibility requirements, including satisfactory attendance, conduct, and performance. Bonus payments are taxable and processed through payroll.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other Team Members.

• Flexibility and a positive attitude in a busy retail environment.

• Willingness to learn about our products and share that knowledge with customers.

• High school diploma, GED, or current student status.

Certifications

• Current Food Handler certification is required when working without management supervision.

• Current TABC alcohol sales certification is required for Team Members age 18 or older who perform applicable alcohol sales duties.

• Certification classes will be provided upon hiring.

Salary : $15 - $17
