What You’ll Do
- Serve as lead instructor for hands-on cooking classes—teaching techniques, flavor profiles, and wine pairings
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure a clean, safe, and professional cooking environment
- Lead and train kitchen staff and guest instructors to deliver consistent, high-quality classes
- Manage food inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs
- Develop seasonal menus and recipes for our Bake Haus, including grab-and-go and hot items
- Work closely with the General Manager and VP of Retail to align culinary offerings with company goals
- Support marketing with recipe development, food styling, and product promotion
- Represent Fischer & Wieser at culinary events and brand activations
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, culinary school, or teaching environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience supervising staff
- Passion for culinary education, hospitality, and guest service
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy for recipe documentation, scheduling, and inventory
- Culinary certification preferred; must hold or obtain Food Manager and TABC certification (training provided)

- Full-time position with flexible scheduling—availability between 5am–12am, including weekends
