This role supports production targets by following standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining equipment performance, and adhering to quality and safety standards.Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate degree preferred) 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred) Basic mechanical, electrical, or process knowledge Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and technical documents Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills for data entry and reportingBenefits:- Competitive salary and bonus structure.- Health, dental, and 401(k).We look forward to welcoming a new member to our team who is enthusiastic about sales and excited to contribute to the growth of our portable coating thickness gauge product line!Requirements:- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance- Monitor production processes and identify issues related to quality, efficiency, or safety- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance- Record production data, equipment performance, and any deviations accurately- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO, OSHA)- Assist in changeovers, startups, and shutdowns of production lines- Report equipment malfunctions or process issues to supervisors or maintenance teams- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
