Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Machine Operator to run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines. In this role, you will ensure efficient production through proper job setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining quality standards.
This position plays a key role in meeting customer demand and strengthening our skilled production team.
What You’ll Bring
- 1 years of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging, or a related industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with Beasley, Garant, Weber, or similar bag machines (preferred)
What We Offer
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
Night Shift: 8:10 PM – 6:35 AM
Work-life balance: No weekends or holidays
Pay: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience) $2 shift differential
