What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you'll help shape every customer's showroom experience. Day to day, you'll: · Greet customers and guide them through their product options · Provide attentive, knowledgeable service that earns trust and repeat business · Build lasting relationships with customers · Answer questions both in person and by phone · Keep showroom displays clean, organized, and visually inviting · Stay up to date on products and take part in sales promotions
What We're Looking For
We're seeking friendly, self-driven, professional people who care about delivering a great customer experience. At minimum, you'll need: · A high school diploma or equivalent · Availability for scheduled shifts — weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and select holidays (we're closed Thanksgiving and Christmas) · A strong work ethic and a drive to hit goals · Basic math and communication skills · A commitment to professionalism and integrity
Sales experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you hands-on to set you up for success.
Pay
This role offers strong earning potential through hourly pay, commission, and bonuses combined. Associates hitting national performance averages can expect to earn $50,000 or more per year.
Schedule
The store is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Shifts typically run eight hours or more, with two days off per week — always including Sunday.

You may occasionally be asked to help out at another location as needed.
