What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Plans Site Visitor position at Fischer Floor Plan Services?
We are a company based in NY, looking for help doing site visits in the Miami area. We make floor plans for real estate agents, and architects.
Currently there are very few appointments. Appointments typically take place between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The work flow looks like this: go onsite to the property, measure, write down and sketch site information on paper. That is it-- no computer drafting or CAD is needed.
Must have architectural experience and knowledge.
Must be able to sketch and organize detailed notes.
Must be good with details and good with people.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $62.50 per hour
