About The Team
The FIS Strategic Partnerships team is a fit for purpose enterprise-wide model that drives FIS’s transformation and growth through strategic partnerships and innovative M&A, leading the industry with pioneering collaborations and seamless integration, significantly enhancing FIS’s market position.
What You Will Be Doing
- Review and monitor the health of strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals
- Identify, evaluate, and formulate strategies for new business opportunities and market initiatives
- Provide strategic direction through data-driven insights and business intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships are structured for success and aligned with corporate vision
- Lead process improvement initiatives using disciplined analysis, measurement, and best practices
- Conduct deep dives into billing processes and client contracts to identify revenue leakage and ensure contractual entitlements
- Partner with finance and business units to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize revenue recovery efforts
- Build strong relationships across the organization, including finance, product, and leveraged services teams
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
