What you will be doing: • Receives and prepares files from a variety of sources • Prints and reads system files or gathers records and reports to compile needed data • Enters/uploads information into systems • Prepares/processes forms for clients • Posts transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger or system files • Analyzes posted data • Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task • Assists in special projects • Interfaces/resolves internal and external customer inquiries • Other related duties assigned as needed What you bring: High School Diploma, Associates 2-3 years' experience Strong coaching skills. Able multitask, troubleshoot, and navigate various systems. Flexibility to work overtime when volumes dictate. Understanding of FIS policies and procedures and workflows.
