Position Overview

This role requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, support management personnel, coordinate office activities, prepare reports, and maintain efficient office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
- Create, maintain, and update company forms, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate office functions, meetings, and company events.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with project documentation and administrative support for construction operations.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Ensure office procedures and records are organized and maintained accurately.
- Support onboarding and administrative processes for employees.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- PowerPoint
- Strong experience creating forms, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred:
- Previous experience in the construction industry.
- Experience supporting multiple managers or departments.
