About the Team:
The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards. In this role, you will lead the front-end platform, design system, and component libraries that enable rapid, accessible, and performant user interfaces across web and mobile.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the strategy, development, and governance of the enterprise design system and component libraries.
- Establish and enforce front-end performance standards (Core Web Vitals) and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Drive architectural decisions for frameworks, build tools, and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, product, and backend teams for seamless integration.
- Mentor and lead a team of front-end platform engineers, evangelizing best practices.
What you bring:
- Experience leading front-end platform or design systems teams.
- Track record in building and scaling design systems and component libraries.
- Deep expertise in web performance optimization and accessibility.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), TypeScript, and build tools.
- Experience with cross-platform (web and mobile) technologies and responsive design
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
