About the Role:
As a Software Engineer Senior Lead, you will design, build, and lead the delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise applications. The role is primarily focused on front-end engineering using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, with significant backend development using Python and FastAPI or similar frameworks.You will provide technical leadership across application architecture, API design, security, cloud integration, CI/CD, and engineering standards while collaborating with product, architecture, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the design and development of enterprise front-end applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.

• Define scalable front-end architecture, reusable components, development patterns, and engineering standards.

• Design and develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Python and FastAPI or similar frameworks.

• Build secure integrations across front-end applications, APIs, identity providers, databases, and external systems.

• Design authentication, authorization, and role-based access control solutions.

• Develop cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, containerized deployments using Docker, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.

• Apply software architecture principles for scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring, and technical decision-making.

• Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement in engineering quality, automation, security, and developer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.

• Strong professional experience designing and developing enterprise software applications.

• Advanced experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices.

• Experience with Python and FastAPI or similar Python frameworks for backend API development.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and application architecture.

• Experience with authentication, authorization, secure API design, and role-based access control.

• Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Terraform.

• Experience developing or deploying applications on Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

• Strong understanding of software design, automated testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production support.

• Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
