Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a.m.–330p.m.
Work arrangement: Fully onsite. 4900 West Brown Deer Road Brown Deer, WI 53223
Pay: Entry-level pay

What you will be doing

• Prepare customer payments for processing.
• Perform document imaging and data entry.
• Review and process exception items.
• Troubleshoot routine processing issues.
• Prepare outgoing customer mail.
• Organize and sequence work to support accurate and timely processing.
• Identify errors in calculations and balances.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you will need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately enter, review, and process information.
• Ability to identify errors and resolve routine processing issues.
• Ability to follow established procedures and client requirements.

Added bonus if you have

• Knowledge of remittance or payment processing.
• Experience with item processing or transaction processing.
• Knowledge of client specifications related to remittance processing.
• Experience working with computer output, imaging, or related processing equipment.
• Knowledge of basic equipment operation and maintenance.
