Your Role:
Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans designed specifically for two-year-olds.
Support language development, early problem-solving skills, and social-emotional growth through hands-on, play-based learning.
Foster independence by encouraging self-help skills such as toileting readiness, handwashing, and clean-up routines.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment that promotes exploration and curiosity.
Use positive guidance strategies to support emerging behaviors and teach appropriate social skills.
Build strong, supportive relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates.
Monitor developmental milestones and communicate any concerns appropriately.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with toddlers in a daycare or early childhood setting preferred.
Strong understanding of toddler development, including language growth and emotional regulation.
Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor when supporting children through transitions and big emotions.
Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
Relevant certifications or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
