Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends

Your Role:

Supervise and engage school-age children in a safe, structured, and positive environment.

Provide homework assistance and academic support as needed.

Plan and lead enrichment activities such as STEM projects, arts and crafts, physical fitness, team-building games, and leadership activities.

Foster social-emotional development through positive guidance and conflict resolution strategies.

Maintain clear classroom routines and effective behavior management.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and daily activities.

Organize activities for school breaks and summer programming when applicable.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Collaborate with team members to create a fun, engaging program that students look forward to attending.

Provide breaks and support to director late morning until time to pick up children.

Proceed with day till close at 630 pm.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with school-age children in a daycare, camp, or educational setting preferred.

Strong classroom management and leadership skills.

Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate enrichment activities.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A positive, energetic attitude and genuine passion for mentoring children.

Relevant certifications or coursework in Education, Child Development, or related fields preferred.
