We're looking for dependable, compassionate Recovery Support Staff I & II to join our team on the graveyard shift. If you're passionate about helping others, creating a safe and supportive environment, and supporting individuals on their recovery journey, we'd love to meet you!

Pay: $20.81–$24.47 per hour

• Full-time position
• Graveyard shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
• Standardized 36-hour work week

What You'll Do

As a Recovery Support Staff member, you'll help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients as they work toward recovery. You'll monitor the facility, assist with daily operations, respond to client questions and concerns, and help ensure house rules and safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct property rounds to help maintain the safety of clients and staff.
• Answer the main house phone and direct calls and inquiries appropriately.
• Monitor compliance with house rules and document violations as needed.
• Complete data entry, including violation reports, pass logs, and client satisfaction surveys.
• Administer urinalysis and breathalyzer testing in accordance with department policies.
• Respond to client questions and concerns in a respectful and professional manner.
• Refer treatment-related concerns to clinical staff when appropriate.
• Assist with medication dispensing in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional boundaries while interacting with clients.
• Follow program guidelines and contribute to a safe, recovery-focused environment.

• Understands the importance of safety, consistency, and professional boundaries.
• Works well independently while collaborating with the broader team.
