Post Closing Associate-Scanner
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage original collateral documents from the time of receipt through shipping to the end recipient.
- Receives incoming mail and overnight packages. Opens packages and retains original envelope/package and tracking information.
- Completes Cover Sheet with required information and attaches to the original document.
- Scans document and uploads to client's system
- Enters date received and package tracking information
- Files documents securely according to procedures for that client.
- Retrieves documents as requested and provides to QA for review
- Ships package
- Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum age – 18 years old.
- Previous experience working in business environment is preferred.
- Requires intermediate skills in MS Office (Word & Excel).
