SCHEDULE:
Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Regular Schedule (After Training):
- Monday – Friday: Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours Shift)

Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers to understand their financial situation
- Provide payment solutions that align with bank policies
- Deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction
- Maintain performance metrics and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Accurately document account activity
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Dependable with a professional attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
