Description

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Pay: $23/hr - $25/hr

Schedule: (Part-Time) Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 8:30 a.m.to 5:00 p.m.

Summary

The Amenities Attendant’s responsibility is to ensure the highest quality guest service and

cleanliness through the pool, spa, gym, and children’s amenity areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Include, but not limited to the following:

Greets and signs in residents and their guests

Ensure all amenity areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner during

shift

Reviews and implements policies and procedures to facilitate the use of amenities by

owners and their guests

Control access to amenity area, such as the theater, spa, pool, kid’s play areas

Follow all safety and security policies programs and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Supportive Functions

Give tours of the spa when necessary

File daily reservations as well as other correspondence

Maintain the weight/exercise room equipment

Perform any or all duties and handle projects as assigned by Management

Enforce the condominium safety standards

Maintain a clean and well-organized work station.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent

combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance

instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to

speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common

fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and percent and to draw and interpret bar

graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral,

or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in

standardized situations.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Project

Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance

vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception for visual inspection of pool and beach

areas. The employee is required to regularly express or exchange ideas by spoken words, loudly

and quickly. The employee must speak English.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather

conditions; heat - subject to temperatures above 100 degrees for period of more than one hour; rain; storms. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious

places; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and exposed to fumes or airborne

particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
