As a Manager, CSS, North US, you’ll be responsible for a large team of Community Support Services associates (administrative professionals) across our North US hub. This role will oversee Team Leads/Supervisors and their respective teams, work collaboratively with various stakeholders in Operations, Community Management, Leadership, etc. The role will ensure the smooth operation of the Community Support Services (CSS) team/department and develop strategies and iniatives for improvement, in conjunction with the Director.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Team Leads/Supervisors and their respective teams
- Managing associate performance and key metrics
- Serves as an escalation point for Operations managers, Directors, etc.
- Provides process improvement recommendations
- Implements new procedures and tasks
- Interviewing and hiring candidates
- The ideal candidate will bring extensive administrative experience from a service orientated environment, where accurate and time sensitive document creation was a critical deliverable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a personnel management role where they have demonstrated a track record of developing and mentoring team members and acting as a talent champion.
- Preference will given to candidates who bring prior experience in Property Management
- Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
- Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.
- Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs following appropriate safety procedures.
- Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.).
- This role requires travel to other locations based on Company needs in accordance with our Travel and Entertainment policy.
