Your Responsibilities
As a full-time exempt, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. Compensation: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Job Overview:

Your Responsibilities
- Perform 1st physical property inspections identifying needed repairs and maintenance and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor landscape, preserve, and lake contractor performance and submits detailed reports to the Landscape Manager.
- Conduct weekly inspections of common areas including lake banks and notify vendors of repair needs as well as debris removal.
- Assess community landscaping needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Interface with Members regarding landscaping needs and deficiencies.
- Work in conjunction with the Landscape Administrator in processing work orders: open, update, close, and follow up with vendors and residents, advising Landscape Manager to intervene in complex matters.
- Ensure vendors meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Inspect completed work orders for quality and homeowner satisfaction.
- Oversee enhancement projects and inspect Architectural Review Committee (ARC) landscaping compliance.
- Assist with major landscape projects (e.g., tree trimming, aeration, erosion control).
- Participate in Weekly landscape vendor meetings and all other meetings requested by the Landscape Manager.
- Under the leadership of Landscape Manager, monitors common area turf grass conditions and identifies and reports areas of risk, such as pest activity, nutrient needs and irrigation requirements.
- All other duties assigned by the management team
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- Experience in landscaping or HOA property maintenance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, waterways, and landscape principles..
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Must comply with OSHA and EPA guidelines concerning storage and use of chemical substances.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs following appropriate safety procedures
- Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time
- Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 3ft)
- Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain)
- Walk and climb stairs
- Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment
- Reach with hands and arms
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
- Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers
- No supervisory responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday 9:00am – 5:30pm
