FirstService Residential is excited to announce a hiring event for Building Maintenance professionals in Sunny Isles    We’re looking for Bi-lingual  (English and Spanish), customer-focused, reliable, and professional individuals to join our growing team. If you have a passion for service and want to be part of a premier residential community, we want to meet you!    Our team is seeking:  

• Maintenance Technician – $20/hour
  Candidates should have a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems; flexibility to work weekends; and fluent English to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• General Maintenance Coordinator – $22/hour
  This role requires administrative experience, with hospitality experience strongly preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable due to vendor coordination responsibilities.
