Job Overview:

As a Portfolio Community Association Manager, you will be responsible for managing, directing, and provide leadership to multiple assigned properties/books of business. They effectively manage working relationships with all departments across the property in order to ensure that company objectives are met. Our Community Association Managers partner with Regional Directors and their respective Board of Directors to implement projects, overcome challenges, and provide quality service to our customers. ​ Y

  • ovide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.Ma
  • nage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.Ac
  • t as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that Board expectations are met and to assist in prompt response and resolution to questions/problems.Ma
  • intain knowledge and understanding of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential. Ensure all contractual obligations are being met.In
  • itiate contact with new residents.Co
  • nduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the property.Ov
  • ersee all construction projects and ensure property maintenance/improvement and other related projects are completed on time and within budget.Cr
  • eate, maintain, and upload a wide variety of information in our portal including but not limited to work orders, signed meeting minutes and Monthly Management Report.In
  • terview, select, recommend, hire, train and schedule assigned staff. Ensure proper coverage and staffing levels. Provide direction to staff and assist in the investigation and resolution of problems. S

  • years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or constructionBa
  • chelor-s degree in business or related field Mu
  • st be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM) Cr
  • itical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary. Pr
  • oficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required. Ex
  • cellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skillsAb
  • ility to work with sensitive and/or confidential information. Kn
  • owledge and ability to apply Florida Statutes and Community documents. P

a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision.
