Your Responsibilities
- While your individual primary responsibilities may vary within your team, below is a list of the responsibilities of your team.
- Post charges, credits, returned payments andpaymenttransfers asappropriate onownersaccounts
- Handle the posting of deposits to accounting systems
- Review,researchand respond to emails
- Process closings (sales, resales, foreclosures, bankruptcy etc.)
- Update andmaintainowner information in theappropriate systems
- Process name changes
- Add and/or edit owner addresses in theappropriate systems
- Prepare deposits
- Order deposit slips
- Assistin preparation of back packages for courier
- Order closing or replacement coupons
- Track closings received andadvisemanager of any incomplete closing paperwork received
- Request/obtain proper backup for processing
- Handle incoming mail
- Review legal queue and post legal charges to owner accounts when applicable
- Enter proper flags on accounts (Legal, Late Waivers,etc)
- Post Lockbox payments
- Maintain Lockbox Stop File and disperse/handle stopped payments
- Post lockbox “Exceptions” on the website
- Post pre-paidsin the accounting system
- Research and reconcile accounts
- Answer,researchand return incoming phone calls
- Excellent organizational skills and project management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of basic accounting/budgeting procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure, to adjust to constant changes, to handle multiple tasks, and to coordinate the work of others.

- Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting,carryingand moving objects that can weigh up to 25lbsor more followingappropriate safetyprocedures. This movement can occur throughout the day.Mustalso be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary.
- Must be able to drive - Some local travel by personal vehicle isrequired
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.

- This position may alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and with proper lighting, to an outdoors setting with variable climate and lighting.
