Busser (Part-Time)

Turn on your Island Charm... Latitude Margaritaville in Hilton Head is currently looking for Part-Time Bussers to join our team!   Purpose: The Latitude Busser will perform a range of tasks including preparing tables, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and wait staff. As a busser, your ultimate goal will be to provide our residents with outstanding customer service and actively help to improve their overall dining experience by authentically delivering the Latitude Margaritaville Lifestyle. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional and demonstrate excellent communication skills   Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Responsibilities:

• Prepares dining room for Residents by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service. 
• Arrange tables and chairs to make room for large groups. 
• Clear tables and unload trays in the kitchen, separating dishes, silverware, and linen. 
• Reset the tables laying, arranging silverware and glassware. 
• Refilling water glasses while properly greeting customers. 
• Assist in keeping dining room clean by removing any dirty dishes and/or cleaning up spills. 

  Technical competencies: Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment.
• Superb multitasking skills.
• Available to work different hours including weekends, days and nights.

  Compensation/Work Schedule: 

• $16.00 per hour 
• Part-Time
• Varies - Days, Night, Weekend, Holiday Availability
