Construction Site Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating all on-site activities, managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify work aligns with design intent
• Conduct quality control inspections to uphold safety standards and construction quality standards in accordance with OSHA regulations
• Manage contract administration including reviewing contracts, change orders, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication
• Oversee safety protocols on-site using OSHA guidelines; conduct safety meetings and ensure all team members wear appropriate PPE
• Lead supervising efforts by managing on-site personnel, resolving conflicts promptly, and fostering a collaborative team environment

Preferred Skills / Requirements

• Strongly prefer bilingual (English/Chinese)
• Extensive experience in construction management with a proven track record supervising large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of contracts, construction estimating, budgeting, and project cost control techniques
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards; ability to enforce safety policies effectively on-site
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including pipeline projects or heavy civil works preferred
• Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control
• Familiarity with tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing or other technical instruments used during inspections
