*Hybrid Position*
The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for achieving volume targets through outbound efforts to expand the company portfolio and vendor database. In addition, there is an expectation to maintain and grow existing relationships.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate sales opportunities by leveraging lead lists, individual networks, and organic calling activities.
- Work with Chief Lending Officer to monitor vendor performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with Chief Lending Officer and Marketing to create promotions suited for vendors and customers based on industry trends.
- Process customer applications in accordance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers to obtain necessary financial and ancillary information when required.
- Effectively work across departments to ensure a seamless customer and vendor experience.
Other Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide timely and consistent communication to customers and vendors.
- Monitor and respond to incoming calls and general sales inbox inquiries.
- Attending industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings.
- Maintain company database with accurate and relevant information.
- Completing administrative tasks including but not limited to Faxing, Scanning, Mailing, and Filing.
Physical And Sensory Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Traveling to industry tradeshows and company events.

Education, Training And Experience
- BS or BA Preferred in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, business, or related industry.
- Self-motivated with strong written, organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Basic ability of operating computer (PC) is necessary including Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn various company software platforms and CRM systems.
- Comfort level of interpreting financial data from company reports.
