As part of our FNB Points of Presence (POP) team, the Associate plays an important role in managing branch resources, driving growth, and delivering an excellent customer experience aligned to business goals. This role combines operational discipline, people support, relationship management, and process improvement ensuring the branch operates efficiently while customers receive exceptional service.

• Improve service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Contribute to the development of budgets linked to operational plans, monitor progress, and report variances

Qualification & Experience Requirement

• Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate
• Preferred Qualification: Undergraduate Diploma NQF Level 6 in Business Administration, Banking, or Financial Services
• 4 to 5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales and service management and proven leadership experience
