Title: Investment Tax Manager

**Fully Remote**

Must Haves:

-Corporate tax experience including strong knowledge of federal income tax compliance for investments, including returns, K-1s, and accounting methods

-Ability to maintain effective tax controls and ensure accurate, consistent investment tax analytics

-Experience optimizing investment tax data and reporting processes

**In this highly visible roles, you'll work at the intersection of tax, investments, accounting, and business strategy, helping guide critical tax compliance, planning, reporting, and research activities that support the company's investment portfolio and long-term

What you will do

• Perform investment tax liability and provision calculations and reporting
• Manage federal income tax compliance for investments, including returns, K?1s, accounting methods, and planning for new investments
• Ensure effective tax controls and accurate, consistent investment tax analytics
• Streamline and optimize investment tax data and reporting processes
• Partner with Investment Accounting and cross?functional teams to deliver high?quality reporting
• Identify and communicate investment tax planning opportunities to leadership
• Conduct tax research and advise on domestic and international investment matters
• Coordinate with external advisors and review alternative investment structures for tax considerations

Who You Are:

• BA/BS in a related field
• 8–20 years of experience in investment tax, corporate tax, or a related area
• Proven experience with investment tax liability, provision calculations, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of federal income tax compliance for investments, including returns, K?1s, and accounting methods
