What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director of Sales Operations position at firstPRO, Inc?

My client within the tech / software industry in Newton is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Operations. Qualified applicants must hold US Citizen or Green Card status, and be local to the area with ability to come to the office 3x per week.


Compensation is up to $215K base salary bonus.


This role will reporting directly into the C-Suite and drive, optimize, and scale the entire sales operations function with 2 Analysts as direct reports.


Qualified applicants must have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 9 years of experience within sales ops, deal desk, revenue ops, etc.
  • Saas / Tech industry experience
  • Ability to lead and scale sales ops teams
  • Deep CRM and sales tech platform knowledge

Salary : $215,000
