What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end procurement operations including vendor sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier performance tracking
- Enforce purchasing policies, controls, and approval thresholds aligned with CapEx and spend governance
- Manage vendor onboarding (due diligence, compliance documentation, insurance, etc.) and maintain clean vendor data in NetSuite
- Lead supplier negotiations to optimize pricing, terms, and service levels
- Run RFQ/RFP processes and ensure compliance with competitive bidding requirements
- Partner closely with operations and plant leaders to support sourcing needs and ensure timely delivery
- Support CapEx procurement including vendor selection, analysis, and executive approval materials
- Track and report on procurement KPIs, open POs, and committed spend
- Drive vendor consolidation and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FAR/DFARS, ITAR, CMMC) where applicable
- Support audit readiness and internal controls in line with PE-backed reporting standards
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (CPSM/CSCP a plus)
- 5 years of procurement experience in industrial, manufacturing, or related environments
- Strong background in supplier negotiation and relationship management
- Experience working across multiple business units or decentralized organizations
- ERP experience required (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of government/defense contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS, ITAR, CMMC) is a plus
