General Manager

General Manager to lead the overall operations, profitability, and growth of the business.

Reporting directly to the COO, this is a highly visible leadership role with full responsibility for P&L performance, operations, project execution, customer relationships, safety, quality, and team development.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic leader who has successfully led complex operations and teams within industrial services, field services, construction, manufacturing, or regulated environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead the overall strategy, operations, and growth
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost management
• Oversee project execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations
• Lead and develop teams across Operations, Project Management, Safety, Quality, and Support functions
• Build strong relationships with key customers and support business development and growth initiatives
• Drive operational efficiency, margin improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion a strong safety-first and quality-focused culture
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, acquisitions, and business integration
• Oversee equipment, assets, capital investments, and resource planning
• Build a high-performing organization focused on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

• 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience
• Strong experience managing P&L, operations, projects, and teams
• Background in industrial services, field services, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry
• Proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and operational improvement
• Experience leading multiple teams and functions
• Strong business acumen and customer relationship skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, food & beverage, or other regulated industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience

This role is responsible for transforming strategy into execution, building organizational capability, driving profitable growth, and ensuring they remain a trusted partner to customers operating in highly regulated and mission-critical environments.
