We are currently engaged in a strategic partnership with a leading publicly traded Residential Real Estate Property management firm located in Buckhead, GA, in search of a dedicated Accountant. The base salary offered for this position ranges up to $85,000 complemented by an additional bonus structure. Great team, room for growth, and training!
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the meticulous preparation and processing of general ledger transactions and journal entries.
- Conduct thorough monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Year-end audits, contributing to a streamlined and efficient audit process.
- Undertake various ad hoc financial analyses and actively engage in special projects as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of full cycle accounting in industry/public accounting/ property accounting
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
