Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Full time Brand Operations & Fulfillment Associate to join our operations team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment and is eager to learn the behind-the-scenes process of apparel production, order fulfillment, and e-commerce logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing new inventory
- Apply tags, labels, and packaging to apparel according to brand standards
- Support quality control by checking products for defects before shipping
- Help with special projects such as seasonal launches or promotional events
- Assist with day-to-day tasks in the warehouse, including restocking, organizing, and upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and fulfillment areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and general tidying
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping deadlines
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting boxes (up to 30 lbs) and standing for extended periods
- Interest in fashion, apparel production, or e-commerce a plus
- Basic computer skills
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, 5 days per week M-F 9AM - 5PM
- Paid hourly, with potential for expanded responsibilities based on performance
- Pay Range: $18-$23
