We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidates with excellent customer service skills. Candidates must possess a strong ability to organize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously. They must also demonstrate efficient performance during intense and stressful situations.
This position serves as the first and primary link between the company, its employees, customers, patients and medical facility personnel. Our Dispatchers are responsible for call taking and dispatching high volume of transport requests for (ALS, BLS, CCT, and SCT) .

Dispatcher/Call Taker Requirements:
- EMT Basic or , ETC or EMD Certification REQUIRED
- At least 2 year of ambulance dispatching experience preferred
- Excellent customer and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed 45 wpm, familiarity with MS Office, Excel and internet research)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner, ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
- Outstanding customer service skills, including a pleasant, professional telephone manner
- Positive enthusiasm, compassion and dependability
- Self starter with strong problem solving skills
- High level of initiative and the ability to make sound decisions independently
- Experience in medical terminology
